Arthur was a young child when Andrew Carnegie told him one of his secrets. Such a secret, due to which 500 rich people wrote their own destiny. Napoleon Hill searched for it for twenty years and finally he came to know that success can be found in any profession or career and an illiterate or less educated person can also become a rich and this secret author wants to share with his readers. After all, how did 500 rich people get such a big success in their life? And this secret is only for those who are ready to know it.

Those who applied this secret, their dream of becoming rich has been fulfilled, but it cannot happen so easily, you will have to make some efforts. In this book you will know what and how to do to get success, how and when to start it? Yes, anyone can get success, but it will be available only to those who adopt it in reality.

In each chapter of this book, there are thirteen steps that Napoleon Hill has recommended to become rich. If you want happiness, then you can know its secret from those rich people. Step 1

When you want something with all your heart, it becomes reality in front of you. By constantly thinking about your dream, you start looking for ways to achieve it. There is a term called Money-Consciousness which means to be crazy after money means that you have a desire to earn a lot of money. If money-consensus is made, then we start earning money, here we are telling 6 steps which will definitely make you money-consensus. First of all, think about how much money you want to earn.

It will not be enough just to say that I have to earn a lot of money. You will have to think of a fixed amount so that you can really fulfill your dream, the second step is that you have to decide what you can do to earn so much money because you have to get something for free and the third step is Deciding the date on which you will be able to get your desired amount, the fourth step would be to think of a special plan by which you can earn this money and after planning an R, you have to proceed on that path without hesitation.

Your fifth step will be that you write your foolproof plan somewhere, how much amount you want, how long you want and what will be your plan, you should write everything on a paper and finally the sixth step is to write this statement in the day. Read and memorize twice.

If you really have a desire to become rich then it is not difficult for you to follow these steps, in this way you will see and feel and be able to believe that you have money, keep repeating it and you will become money-cons .

Step 2

There is such a power in this universe that brings us closer to the things that we believe in, when we have positive thoughts, then everything starts to be good with us. But when we think negative, bad things start happening automatically.

If seen, there is no such thing as bad luck or bad luck. Only what we believe in matters. Some people unnecessarily start considering themselves as unlucky and some always consider themselves poor. If we start to believe that we cannot change our circumstances, then it means that we have written our own misfortune. Because as we make up our mind, the same things will start happening in reality.

Now if you create fear and doubt in your mind then you will always be afraid and will not be able to believe in yourself. By doing this you are binding yourself in a circle that will be difficult to come out of. It is very important to believe in yourself to become a money wise. Remember that you see, feel and feel rich every moment.

Believe in yourself that one day you will earn a lot of money. Those who speak on everything that they are poor, such people can never become rich. Whatever we want to be, we can become that by believing in ourselves. As the thoughts we fill in our mind, they become our reality one day.

So it is your choice whether you choose poverty or riches. Once take the thought of being rich in your mind, then your faith will remove all the limitations for you and give you success.

STEP-3 Auto-Suggestion

Our sub-conscious mind is actually like a fertile ground. If we do not put the seeds of work in it, then weeds will start growing in it. For this, we have to adopt auto-suggestion or shelf-suggestion so that useless waste does not grow in our mind. We ourselves are so capable that we can choose the thoughts that come in our sub-conscious mind. It is our sub-conscious mind that makes our thinking a reality. But to do this we have to approach it by auto-suggestion. That is why it is said that always fill your mind with positive thoughts. And when we are not able to control it, then only then we lose. Repeat this every day what you want.

If you want to be rich then be ready for it. Make this desire a habit of yours. Then one day this habit of yours will actually give you such opportunities by which your success will become a reality. Start thinking of yourself as a rich and successful person from today itself. The plan to reach your goal is in your sub-consciousness, just keep practicing auto-suggestion so that your plan can come to you automatically.

Never give up in this endeavor. Understand that you will not get anything for free. You have to do a lot to get something. So from today itself start planting the seeds of good positive things in the garden of your mind.

STEP 4- SPEIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Henry Ford had no formal education but had a good knowledge of automobiles. In the days of World War he had made a defamation claim on the Chicago Newspaper because the newspaper had labeled him an ignorant pacifist.

Thousands of questions were asked from him during the trial in the court. The lawyer wanted to prove that Henry was indeed ignorant. Ford was troubled by his ludicrous questions in court.

He replied “I can call my admin here to answer any questions you want to ask me, now can you tell me when I can hire men who will inform me about everything.” What is the need to fill your mind with so much knowledge?

There was silence in the court with Ford’s reply. Ford did not have any special general knowledge, but he did have special knowledge of his work. He knew what his goal was, that’s why even those who are not very educated, still they are successful.

The things we learn by reading journal knowledge or in school often do not work for us unless we use in real life. If seen, this is only book study, not practical. If you have a special interest in something, then you can do a short course or take training in it. In this way, you will get complete knowledge of that thing which can be useful in your business later on.

Learning doesn’t happen only till school, you can learn anything at any age in life. Whether you are a family member or working a full time job, you can take out time to learn your skills. Having a specialized knowledge is great because you know what you need to learn and work on in the future. It is very important to improve your skills.

Often companies, while keeping employees, not only look at their credentials, but also consider their personality. How you deal with people or customers or how you will be able to handle the situation, all these things are also seen. A successful man may not be educated but he definitely has a special ambition and personality.

Remember that “the person who stops learning by considering schooling as everything, he will always remain a mediocre person. He may achieve a position, but success is achieved only when you keep learning something or the other in life.

STEP 5- IMAGINATION

It is a very old thing that once an old native doctor went to a chemist’s shop. He told the young clerk of the shop that his kettle and wooden paddle were too old. The clerk bought him a new kettle and wooden pedals for $500. This amount was equal to the savings of that doctor for the rest of his life. The doctor gave the clerk a small piece of paper in which a magic formula was written. The doctor took $ 500 from the clerk and left because with this money he could pay off his debt and live comfortably.

That young clerk had invested his life savings on that formula. He made magic formula by mixing the things written in that paper. In that kettle, he had a type of gold in his hand, which ran the sugar industry and due to which lakhs of people got employment. This made a small town in the south a business capital. In this way that old kettle came in handy for the whole world.

Do you know what mixture was made in that kettle? Coca-Cola ! Yes, the thing that was made from that mixture was Coca-Cola. And the name of the clerk who made this mixture was Asa Kendler. But the secret to Coca-Cola’s success wasn’t just a piece of paper, it was Asa Candler’s imagination. Imagination is needed to fulfill our desires so that they become reality. The only thing stopping you from succeeding is your own thinking.

You change your thinking, use your imagination, then see amazing! Coca-Cola also went on an idea. Whatever things we see around us today, like gadgets or social media, the idea is behind all this. Many of us keep waiting for a break all our life, but success is not achieved in a day.

Your idea should be such that it can withstand all kinds of critics. In this you can also find defeat, disappointment and dissatisfaction. So be ready for all these things too. Make your idea your passion. Work on it continuously without stopping. Wear it as a reality, then only your idea will be able to become so strong that it can withstand all kinds of challenges.

STEP 6- ORGANIZED PLANING

You cannot be successful unless you have a solid plan. Find people who can help you with your plan.

When you take the help of people, then obviously you will have to give them some benefit or compensation in return. Make a group of your own and keep discussing about your plan with them continuously. To avoid failure, establish a good working relationship with your group.

You will need all kinds of people because one person does not have the knowledge, experience or ability for everything. To achieve success, the cooperation of others and perfect harmony will be required. And keep in mind that before working on the plan, the opinion of all the members of your group should be taken.

If the first plan fails, work on the second. And even if this one doesn’t work, don’t give up. Keep making new plans until a solid plan is in place. Remember how Thomas Edison tried ten thousand times, then he succeeded in making the light bulb. It was only after repeated failures that he became a great inventor.

“He who gives up never wins and he who wins never gives up” Those who accept defeat lack passion. But even after losing, only those who make new plans become winners in the end. Failure means that something is wrong that your plan did not work and needs to be changed. If Thomas had also given up, no one might even know his name today. When you fail, find the reason. What can you do to make it better? Make a new foolproof plan and work on it afresh.

STEP 7 – DECISION

Ford Motors’ Model T was once considered the ugliest car in the world. Henry Ford was advised by his company’s advisor to change the design of this car. But Ford did not agree and kept on making the Model T. However, later he did make some changes in its design. But even before that, Model T gave him a lot of money.

Henry Ford was known for his quick decisions and strong intentions. And every successful person has this quality. Those who do sometimes yes and sometimes no are always poor and failure. When you make decisions immediately, you start working on them immediately. Delaying only wastes money and time and results in no results.

Ford did not listen at all to those who had badmouthed the Model T. Because he had complete faith in the decision taken by him. Rich people do not waste time in taking any decision, but gradually bring necessary changes in them. They are not easily influenced by the words of the people, but rely on their own ideas.

“Opinion is the cheapest thing in this world, anyone is ready to give advice to anyone for free” If you are always asking people for their opinion then you are not going to get any benefit. Most of the people will give you such absurd opinion which will give you disclaimer and not motivation. Even if it is your best friend or relative. Counsel only with your master mind group.
